Frequently Asked Questions

Order Confirmation- You will receive an automated order confirmation via e-mail after your online order is placed. Once your order ships tracking information will be available. You may log in, click on your user name in the top right of the page. Inside the account dashboard you can review your order history, tracking information and make account adjustments.

Why didn’t I receive an e-mail confirmation? Once your order is submitted an automated order confirmation is sent to the email provided. If you have not received a confirmation first check your spam folder. If it isn’t there, login and confirm your e-mail address is correct. If your email is correct check your shopping cart to be sure the order was submitted.

When will my order be delivered? The store holds no inventory and all items are produced as ordered. Please expect your order to ship 10-15 working days from the time of order. If you have a special event or specific in hands need please contact us to make special arrangements.

Will I receive tracking information? All orders will be bulk shipped to the WCCC main campus. Final distribution of your order will be handled by WCCC staff. Tracking information for your order will be emailed once it has shipped. It can also be viewed using your account dashboard.

How do I change or cancel an order? Please contact Destiny Smith in customer service (513.753.2725 or destiny.smith@albrechtco.com) within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel or change an order. Please provide your order confirmation details to speed our assistance efforts.

What methods of payment do you accept? The store accepts all major credit cards.

Who do I contact with questions about my order? Our customer service team is available to field questions about your WCCC apparel store order. Please click on the Contact Us link for more contact information.

What is the return policy? All goods are custom and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive an order with quality issues please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will arrange for a Return Authorization.
